Width of an outfit?

Hi
Im looking at starting sidecar racing but need to know how wide an outfit is so i know what van to buy!?
please can you give me measurements?

They're all slightly different, best bet is to go on the ACU website and look up regs for a sidecarcross outfit. I believe it gives all the maximum/minimum dimensions. That's a good start point; then go to a meeting and ask to measure one. Width wise they all go in Sprinters/Ivecos/Transits.
I was wrong all last season, and, according to my e'mails I'm wrong this season. Still, while it is my fault no one else is getting the blame.

Just a small note of caution, there are a few outfits which are actually larger than officially allowed if I remember correctly... EML Deltabox for example... (Only by an inch or so...) but might be worth measuring a bike before buying if you already have the van by then!
